You are welcome to return every purchase within 14 days, no matter the reason, and the cost of the purchase will be fully refunded.
- Please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with name, order number and a short description of why it will be returned (we want to improve so this helps a lot)
- You'll receive an email with detailed info on how to ship/return the product.
- The product has to be returned unused and in perfect condition in original packaging.
- The return shipping cost is covered by you and will not be returned unless a new product is chosen/or unless the return is due to an accepted complaint. In that case, the shipping receipt must be attached.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We can recommend using a delivery service that secures you for the value of the goods.
- As soon as we have received your returned package we will transfer the amount of purchase to the same account as used during purchase.
